"I'm a total yoga beginner, can I join?" 

Yes you can, experience in yoga is not required.

The yoga practice has to be beneficial for everyone. A yoga class begins with breathing exercises, to tune in our body with the nature around. A more or less dynamic practice follows, tailored to the needs of of the participants, who are our priority. The sound of the sea waves increase our awareness and is the perfect background for a concentrated yoga practice.

Often before dinner there is time for an evening yoga class, focused more on pranayama and on gentle and restorative positions, especially if the sailing has been dynamic.

Tack, steer, gybe, winch... a few words you'll get familiar with, unless you prefer to chill on the deck and leave the boat to us

"I've never been on a boat!"

There’s a always a first time. :)

Wind here is pretty much guaranteed and whether you’d like to learn the basics or you are an experienced sailor, you are welcome to join running the boat in one of the world's best sailing environments.

If you are an experienced sailor this is a great chance to practice! If you have zero to limited experience, improve your sailing skills. Alternatively, simply leave the boat to us and chill sunbathing on deck.

The sailboat is our floating house for one week, our skippers live on it most of the year, which makes the atmosphere on board very comfortable and homy.

Organic vegetarian food


You are vegetarian, vegan or simply like to eat healthy. Don't worry about what you'll eat on a holiday... we know what you'd like.

The food on board is 100% organic and vegetarian. We source most fruits and vegetables from a local permaculture farmer, cheese, eggs and breads from local organic farmers and the rest is from organic shops.

We prepare all week; healthy, vegetarian meals with fresh, top quality produce and introduce plenty of local specialities. We often make vegan meals for everybody. Vegan friendly, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives are available all week, let us know your preferences and we adapt the menu for you.

Last but not least, you are in the hands of Italians. Food is very important to us, it has to be and to taste good, especially if we have guests. Mamma mia, how couldn't it?

Alcoholic beverages are not welcome on board, we want to keep a pleasant atmosphere on board and give the body a small detox.

Activities and excursions


Land excursions and water sports - swim, snorkel, stand up paddle, sightseeing, sunbathe in natural pools and unique landscapes.

Sailing, swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddling, sunbathing and sightseeing guarantee relaxed afternoons, at times we add a yoga practice or meditation at sunset.

Usually done at the bow of the boat cradled by the waves, the evening meditation before dinner brings in even more relax after the sports activities of the day.
